75-5079. Listing of signs for tourism or economic development; publication annually. (a) The secretary of transportation shall compile and maintain a current listing of all signs that are available for the purposes of increasing tourism or economic development. The listing shall contain a description of the program and the requirements for obtaining a sign under such program. (b) The secretary of transportation shall publish the information required under subsection (a) at least annually. |
