(c) All moneys credited to the natural gas underground storage fee fund shall be for the use of the state... of accounts and reports, shall formulate a system of accounting procedures to account for the money credited... (i) "Registrant" means a person who is registered by the commissioner as a credit services organization... or registrant in a federally insured financial institution used to hold funds paid by consumers to a credit...

(2) If the sender is a bank and the sender: (i) Credited an account of the receiving bank with the... sender; or (ii) caused an account of the receiving bank in another bank to be credited, payment occurs... when the credit is withdrawn or, if not withdrawn, at midnight of the day on which the credit is withdrawable... receiving bank, payment occurs when the debit is made to the extent the debit is covered by a withdrawable credit...

(UCCC) Payment credit date.... (1) A creditor shall credit a payment to the consumer's account on the date of receipt, except when... a delay in crediting does not result in a finance charge or other charge. agencies, distribution of support payments SB 195, child support, reporting of arrearages to consumer credit... the procedures and circumstances under which Child Support Services (CSS) provides information to credit... remove these particular dollar amounts from statute, and provide that CSS will provide information to credit... This additional flexibility will allow CSS to report information to credit reporting agencies in a manner... There are no costs to DCF for the credit reporting change or to delay the date for the distribution...
