AN ACT concerning motor vehicles; relating to salvage vehicles; allowing employees of salvage vehicle pools to perform vehicle identification number inspections; allowing salvage vehicle pools and salvage vehicle dealers to apply to the division of vehicles for ownership documents; providing application and notice requirements therefor; amending K.S.A. 2020 Supp. 8-116a and 8-198 and repealing the existing sections.
