12-17,170. Default; payment from public funds, when. In the event that the city, county or Kansas development finance authority shall default in the payment of any STAR bonds payable from revenues described in K.S.A. 12-17,169(a)(1) or (a)(2), and amendments thereto, no public funds shall be used to pay the holders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act. |
