16a-2-309. Conduct of making loans in a place of business where any other business is engaged; when permitted. A licensee may conduct the business of making loans under K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto, within any office, room or place of business in which any other business is solicited or engaged in or in association or conjunction therewith, unless the administrator finds that the other business is of such nature that such conduct tends to conceal a violation of this act or of the rules and regulations made thereunder and shall order such licensee in writing to desist from such conduct. |
