16a-2-311. Entities exempt from licensing requirements. (1) The following shall be exempt from the supervised loan licensing requirements of this act: (a) A supervised financial organization; (b) the federal deposit insurance corporation acting in its corporate capacity or as receiver; or (c) an attorney who is forwarded contracts for collection. (2) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the uniform consumer credit code. |
