25-2305a. Residential and mailing address required; requirements of residential address; electronic database. The county election officer shall record and maintain a residential address and a mailing address for each registered voter if the mailing address is different from the residential address. The residential address of a registered voter shall correspond to a physical location where the registered voter resides and shall not be a post office box or other address that does not correspond to a physical location that can be occupied and, if not, the person shall not be considered a validly registered voter. The county election officer shall record such information in any electronic database. |
