25-2805. Filling vacancies. If any judges or clerks shall fail or refuse to appear and serve at the proper time and place, or for any cause are or become disqualified, then the electors present shall promptly notify the county election officer thereof. The county election officer shall appoint such person as such officer may select to fill any such vacancy. |
