66-1,111. Types of carriers which must comply with act and other applicable laws. No public motor carrier of property or passengers or private motor carrier of property shall operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of either persons or property on any public highway in this state except in accordance with the provisions of this act, and amendments thereto, and other applicable laws. |
