72-5175. Same; nonseverability. The provisions of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, K.S.A. 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall not be severable. If any provision of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, K.S.A. 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by court order, all provisions of the Kansas school equity and enhancement act, K.S.A. 72-5131 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be null and void. |
