74-3297. Nursing service scholarship program rules and regulations; annual report. (a) The state board of regents shall adopt rules and regulations as necessary to administer the nursing service scholarship program. (b) The state board of regents shall provide an annual written report on the nursing service scholarship program to the senate and house committees on education. |
