82a-2008. Limitations on secretary's actions. Nothing in this act shall be construed to: (1) Require the secretary to designate the use of any classified stream as secondary contact recreational use pursuant to subsection (c)(7)(A)(ii)(b) of K.S.A. 82a-2001, and amendments thereto; or (2) authorize public access to private property unless such public access is otherwise authorized by law or by written permission of the landowner. |
