Rachel Willis, Director of Legislative Affairs, Kansas Department of Commerce testified in support of the bill. (Attachment 2)  She said the Kansas Angel Investor Tax Credit program provides significant value to startups across the state.  Program outcomes reflect durable economic activity including high-skill jobs, competitive wages, and companies positioned for long-term growth.
