Chairperson Patton called for final action on HB2029. Natalie Scott provided a brief overview.
Representative Humphries moved to amend HB2029 with the one to five years amendment, (Attachment 21) seconded by Representative Neely. Motion carried.
Representative Vaughn moved to pass HB2029 as amended, seconded by Representative Neely. Motion carried. Members requesting their votes be recorded: Yes: Highberger, Carmichael.
Chairperson Patton adjourned the meeting at 4:48 pm.
