The Chairman called for final action on HB2392. He asked the Revisor to remind the Committee of the contents of this bill. A balloon amendment was introduced and explained to the Committee. (Attachment 2) Chairman Ellis asked if there were any questions, comments or discussion. Representative Goddard moved favorable passage of the amendment, seconded by Representative Weigel. Motion carried. Back on the bill as amended. The Chairman asked if there was any discussion on this bill. Representative Dodson moved favorable passage of HB2392, as amended, seconded by Representative Miller. Motion carried.
