34-2,109. (a) Every public warehouseman shall submit, annually, to each depositor of open storage or grain bank grain, a statement of grain stored in the public warehouse. The statement shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: (1) Type of grain deposited; (2) the total bushels or pounds stored; (3) the year storage of grain began; and (4) the storage rate. (b) The provisions of this section are supplemental to the provisions of chapter 34 of Kansas Statutes Annotated. |
