38-549. No-fund warrants. The board of directors of any youth camp or home may adopt a resolution at any time before tax moneys are available under authority of this act, and such resolution may provide for the issuance of no-fund warrants in an amount not to exceed the amount which would be produced by a one mill levy on the assessed taxable tangible property in the contracting counties. Such no-fund warrants may be issued without the approval of the state court of tax appeals, and in all other respects shall be issued in accordance to statutes related to no-fund warrants. |
