75-6905. The bidder must notify the awarding authority within two business days after the bids have been opened that there is a nonjudgmental mistake in its bid. The awarding authority shall permit a bidder to withdraw its bid without penalty or forfeiture of bid security if: (a) A nonjudgmental mistake is evident on the face of the bid; or (b) the bidder establishes by clear and convincing evidence that a nonjudgmental mistake was made. |
