21-5836. Unlawful acts concerning certificates of title. (a) It shall be unlawful to transfer ownership to any vehicle, manufactured home or mobile home and knowingly fail to show oneself on the transferred certificate of title. (b) Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor. |
