20-171. Severability of chapter 93 of the 2016 Session Laws of Kansas. If any provision of this bill* or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the bill* which can be given effect without the unconstitutional or invalid portion or application, and, to this end, the provisions of this bill* are severable. |
