25-2508. Whenever, in any statute relating to elections which was in effect prior to April 6, 1971, there is a provision fixing twenty-one (21) years as a minimum age for purposes of voting, registration, or any other purpose concerning elections, such provision shall be construed as fixing such age at eighteen (18) years. |
