65-6702. Drugs or devices for birth control or fertilization lawful; political subdivisions prohibited from limiting abortion. (a) The use of any drug or device that inhibits or prevents ovulation, fertilization or implantation of an embryo and disposition of the product of in vitro fertilization prior to implantation are lawful in this state and neither the state nor any political subdivision of the state shall prohibit the use of any such drug or device or the disposition of such product. (b) No political subdivision of the state shall regulate or restrict abortion. |
