75-113. Whenever any criminal charged with a capital offense, or with any felony, shall escape, or whenever any heinous crime has been committed in this state, the governor may offer a reward for information leading to the apprehension, delivery, or conviction, of such criminal or the perpetrator of such crime: Provided, That in no case shall the reward so offered exceed the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000). |
