Representative Helgerson moved favorable passage of HB2629, seconded by Representative Ballard. Representative Helgerson then moved an amendment, (Attachment 1) seconded by Representative Francis. Discussion followed. Motion carried. Back on the bill as amended. Representative Helgerson moved favorable passage of HB2629, as amended, seconded by Representative Hoheisel. Motion carried.
Announcements - The Chairman announced that the Committee will meet on March 8, 2022, at which time the Committee will hear SB313 and SB446.
There being no further business before the Committee the meeting was adjourned.
