Senator Craig Bowser, State of Kansas, Senate Chamber, provided testimony in support of the bill. He stated this legislation is not partisan. It is about defending the rule of law, protecting vulnerable residents, and ensuring that no foreign power operated above the law within our borders.  (Attachment 23)

Jacqueline Deal, Advisor, State Armor Action, provides testimony in support of the 'Crush Transnational Repression in Kansas Act' (TNR) She states other U.S. state legislatures have already acted with the TNR bills receiving bipartisan support across the country.  Such federal action is welcome and essential, but state-level action is equally important because when TNR occurs, victims' first calls typically are not to Washington, DC, but to the their local police.  (Attachment 24)
